INFUSING

A DIGITAL CULTURE THROUGHOUT

Your COMPANY

The rise of digital has seen the new generation land on the job market with new technical skills. This is a (r)evolution for companies, where leaders are going to be challenged, and already feel like they could be left behind.

But only seeing this revolution through the prism of technology and uses would be reductive. This new generation mainly seeks that their values are heard and respected, and is looking for meaning at the workplace. Reverse mentoring is an answer to both needs.

It is an effective modality, in the sense that it puts back the Human at the heart of the company: each pair of mentor (often younger and more digitally savvy) and senior mentee (versed in the inner workings of the company) is a safe space for both individual to grow in their own interest, as well as the company’s.

I wish for this white paper to be useful to your particular situation, whether it be to put together a reverse mentoring program, or to structure, and realign, ongoing initiatives. Our experience has taught us that successful programs transform the organization way beyond the interested parties only.
